Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your Fancii products in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
